Refund policy
Research chemicals depend on unbroken handling, so we cannot resell an opened vial. Within that constraint, our policy is simple: if the material we shipped is not what the certificate says it is, or it did not arrive intact, we make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Replaced or refunded in full
- Transit damage — broken vial, compromised stopper or visibly contaminated lyophilisate on arrival. Photograph the package and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Certificate mismatch — the batch number on the vial does not correspond to a published certificate of analysis.
- Out-of-specification material — you independently assay the material and it falls below the stated purity. Send us the analytical report; we replace the lot and pull it from sale.
- Non-delivery — tracking shows no movement for 10 business days on a domestic order.
- Wrong item — we shipped a compound or size you did not order.
Unopened returns
Unopened, undamaged vials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and outbound shipping. Contact us for a return authorisation before sending anything back.
Not eligible
Opened vials, reconstituted material, products damaged after delivery, and international orders seized or refused by customs (the buyer is the importer of record).
How refunds are issued
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Replacements ship at our expense, expedited where stock allows.
