Terms of service

These terms govern every purchase from VendPeptides ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not order.

1. Research use only

All products are research chemicals supplied for in-vitro and laboratory research by qualified researchers and research organisations. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not approved for, and must not be used in, human or veterinary application, diagnosis, treatment or consumption. By ordering you represent that you are 18 or older, that you are qualified to handle research chemicals, and that the material will be used solely for lawful laboratory research.

2. Eligibility and compliance

You are responsible for determining that the purchase, import and possession of each compound is lawful in your jurisdiction before ordering. International buyers are the importer of record and bear all duties, taxes and licensing obligations. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the intended use is outside laboratory research.

3. Product information

Product descriptions summarise published structural chemistry and literature. They are not advice on research design, protocols or use. Specifications are as stated on the batch certificate of analysis, which is the controlling document; where a description and a certificate disagree, the certificate governs.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies. Payment is processed on our checkout store at checkout.vendpeptides.com. Orders are accepted when dispatched.

5. Shipping, risk and title

Dispatch and delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier; title passes on payment.

6. Returns and replacements

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: transit damage, certificate mismatch, out-of-specification material or non-delivery is replaced or refunded in full; opened vials cannot otherwise be returned.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, or for any loss arising from use of a product outside laboratory research or contrary to its labelling.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, including certificates of analysis, is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Certificates may be reproduced for the purpose of documenting research conducted with the material.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
