Dispatch
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM CT Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders after that cut-off, and orders placed at the weekend, dispatch on the next business day. You receive tracking by email at dispatch.

International
We ship to most destinations. International orders are sent tracked with cold-pack as standard. Transit is typically 7–14 business days. The recipient is the importer of record. Customs duties, import VAT and any local licensing requirements are the buyer's responsibility, and it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the compound may lawfully be imported into their jurisdiction before ordering. We cannot refund orders seized by customs.
Cold chain
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for several weeks and do not require refrigeration in transit. Cold-pack shipping is included free on all international orders and available domestically for $12. Once received, storage should follow the guidance on each product page and in our storage guide.
Returns and replacements
Because these are research chemicals whose integrity depends on unbroken handling, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. We will replace or refund in full, at your election, in these cases:
- Transit damage — vial broken, stopper compromised, or lyophilisate visibly contaminated on arrival. Photograph the package and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- COA mismatch — the batch number on the vial does not correspond to a published certificate.
- Out-of-specification material — you independently assay the material and it falls below the stated purity. Send us the analytical report and we will replace the lot and pull it from sale.
- Non-delivery — tracking shows no movement for 10 business days on a domestic order.
Unopened, undamaged vials may be returned within 14 days for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and outbound shipping.
